Our promise is to ensure great quality service and shipping. Therefore, our shipping policies ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise on our products. Please make sure your address is entered correctly. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INCORRECT INFORMATION.

If a  package is a RETURNED NON-DELIVERABLE we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Keep in mind that our shipping rates may vary depending on your global location.

If you REFUSE ANY SHIPMENTS from Athleticbowling.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must ADDRESS THIS WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. Athleticbowling.com does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered but was never seen by you first. We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for packages that state being delivered. If you have any questions regarding your package please contact us with your order number.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 1 TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that the order is placed. Some of our products may take a lot less time to arrive at your destination depending on your location. The majority of all orders arrive between 1 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS, but in very RARE INSTANCES, please allow up to 15 DAYS. Please read carefully the checkout page as it should have an estimated shipping time.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take ONE BUSINESS DAY to process your order. The delivery time-frame is just an estimate and DOESN’T INCLUDE WEEKEND OR HOLIDAYS. Please allow up 3 to 5 Business days (with the exception of weekends and holidays) to PROCESS AND SHIP your order.
